Can you do same day delivery?
While we do our best to accomodate same or next day deliveries, wait times can be as long as 4 business days during peak construction months (April-September). We recommend ordering your bin 48-72 hours in advance to ensure it arrives in time for your project’s needs.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa).
Do I need to be home/on-site at the time of delivery?
No, you do not need to be at the property at the time of delivery. The only times that a customer would need to be on site to receive the bin are:
- Customer requested that bin be placed behind a gate/inside a building
- Customer requested specific placement and noted that they will show the driver
- Customer elected to pay the driver upon delivery
How long can I keep the bin?
Bin rental pricing is for 14 days, but we understand that some projects require additional time. If you need a bin longer than two weeks, please feel free to call our office to discuss an extended rental period and pricing.

What time will my bin be delivered/picked up?
Our delivery and pick-up windows are from 7AM-11AM and 12PM-4PM Monday thru Friday and 7AM-1PM on Saturday.
Schedules are routed the day prior (ex. Tuesday’s route is scheduled on Monday afternoon). If you need to know an estimated delivery/pick-up time, feel free to call our office the morning of your scheduled delivery/pick-up date.
Please note: We do our best to honor delivery and pick-up window times, but unexpected delays can occur (e.g. heavy traffic, wait times at landfill, flat tires, etc.). Please feel free to call our office at (818) 709-5599 with any questions/concerns regarding your delivery or pick-up.
What material CANNOT go into a bin?
The following material is considered hazardous or non-recyclable, per the County of Los Angeles. If bins are returned containing any of the materials listed below, customers will be responsible for additional labor and processing fees.
- Food waste
- Liquid waste
- Medical waste
- Hazardous waste
- Paint cans (wet or dry)
- Electronic waste
- Household appliances*
- Horse manure

*Household appliances generally contain freon, refrigerant, and other gases.
Can I mix materials in a low-boy/rock box?
Inert materials (e.g. concrete, brick, dirt, asphalt, etc.) may be mixed together in a 10 yard rock box/low-boy, as long as the material is free of any construction debris such as wood or drywall. If inert material is mixed with construction debris, the customer will be responsible for additional labor and processing fees.
Do you accept e-waste?
No, we do not accept e-waste. Find e-waste drop-off locations and events in your area on the LA County Public Works Household Hazardous and Electronic Waste (HHW/E-Waste) Program website.
What are “inert” materials?
Inert materials include concrete, brick, dirt, asphalt, rock, roofing, tile, etc.
Due to their heavy weight, inert materials can only go into our 10 yard low-boy bin. Low-boy dimensions are: 18x8x2′.
Can I pay with cash/check?
Yes, we accept cash and check payments but require that a credit card also be on file in the event that there are overweight/hazardous material fees or the check does not clear.
